Going to come back to this one again and again. It’s a basic intro to therapy 101 but the goal of the book is to have you work on your mental health outside the therapist’s couch. Personally really enjoyed it and will revisit it to refresh some basic psychology concepts such as boundaries and reparenting
It’s interesting to understand how our minds and bodies really connect and how powerful it is when we believe something so wholeheartedly that it can change your body chemistry.
Nicole goes into amazing detail in research and life experiences that entail consciousness and recognizing subconscious behaviors we’ve developed through trauma.
I also really enjoyed the practices and guiding questions after each chapter to really summarize the main takeaways from each lesson.

Breathtaking
This is definitely a lot if it's your first healing/love-focused book. It was perfect for my spot in the journey and I implore anyone to read with an open mind.
