The third book in the awesome ANGELFIRE series was probably the best out of all of them. In this installment, we find Ellie allying herself with Cadan in order to save her true love, Will. The romance in this book was really good and so was the action that came every chapter or so! It is a little sad that this series has come to a close, but I think that even though the ending was sad, it did the series justice.

Along with the saving-of-Will thing, there is Ellie trying to ascend to her archangel form which was really hard to do in this book. So basically, I give this book (and series) a 5/5 overall. And if you haven't started this series......DO IT NOW!!!!

I was seriously going to start bitching out what happened at the end of the book to Ellie until the epilogue happened and then I was fine. Yay! I'm all done with this trilogy! It makes me happy that I finished it, but also makes me happy for what happened to the characters. My only problem with it is that this book just dragged ... And dragged ... And dragged! I felt like most of these things could've been cut out but ehh, whatever. I was happy with it in the end, but the beginning and middle just frustrated me.

A perfect ending to a great paranormal romance series. Great wrap up, tension, and plot twists. The romance was a good SIDE dish, (not the main part of the story) and good butt kicking action. Good characters- really enjoyed getting to know Cadan! I really can't say much! The ending was perfect in every way possible. :) I'm still kind of speechless.... (As you can obviously tell by my horrendous sentence structures etc.)

Shadows in the Silence: Great book, wraps up an awesome trilogy, and The Angelfire series is a great paranormal series you should not miss out.

Finally, I am done with this series :) Loved this book a lot. Awesome ending to an awesome series. well, little sad that its over but I am glad the book has a happy ending . I was so devastated by the ending of the 2nd book. Ellie, Will, Kate, Marcus, Ava..and not to forget Cadan!! I grew to love him more and more in this book. :)

My Thoughts
This final book in the trilogy was wonderful. I was more than happy to see Will finally do something about his love for Ellie. I was beyond tired of hearing her internal dialogue about his refusal of her love, blah blah! This book had even more action and adventure than the second, and I found myself completely addicted to this story. I don't want to give anything away, but we got to know Cadan a lot better in this book. He was one of the prominent characters and I couldn't have been happier. I hate that he is in love with his brother's girlfriend; she doesn't deserve him in my opinion! The demons are more bold, and unafraid to show themselves to humans, resulting in a lot of people close to Ellie finding out exactly what she is. I found myself crying more than once near the ending, and I was impressed with Ellie's selflessness when the time came to fulfill her destiny. The love between Ellie and Will is phenomenal; it is not the typical teenage girl meets boy and instantly falls in love garbage. It truly was a wonderful love, centuries old, with ups and downs that are completely realistic in a supernatural kind of way! The ending was heartbreaking, but the only way that Miss Moulton could have ended it. Sigh. This was all in all, a well written, original and creative series that I am thankful to have read!

The ending of this trilogy, this book... Takes my breath away...
So freaking beautiful! Haven't got any more tears left at this moment or energy to give a more extended review...

Only thing I can say right now is;
This book is definitely worth 5 stars!!
