Something So Unscripted was such a sweet and perfect read. The best read in my opinion, ever. It is filled with sass, fun, heart break...just every emotion you can possible feel. And of course, the hottest hockey players ever! You will cry, a few times, but I promise the last set of tears are happy!

You never think you life will get turned upside in a blink of an eye. Zack's little boy is sick, his wife is cheating on him, the best thing to do, is move across the country. Denise is one of the best doctors in the US. She is asked to take on Zack's case and help take care of Jack. Until, they fall in love with each other. And while that happens, you fall in love with them even more! The way Zack talks to and about Denise is to die for. The way Denise help takes care of Jack is going to make your heart melt.

This story is just so beautiful, so raw and so real. I absolutely loved it and the second epilogue, dear God I bawled like a baby. Seriously one of the most heartfelt stories.

this wasn't bad but I don't think the trope is really for me, how they met each other to then form a relationship felt weird to me for a while but her removing herself as the doctor made it a little better but still not amazing

the found family of this all was very good and little Jack was so cute and adorable I loved his growth in the story. his happy ending in the second epilogue brought me to TEARS. I would be lying if I didn't say I keep reading for his part in it all. I like Zak and Denise as characters, they had cute moments, but it felt like a love story on top of everything medically going on was a lot.

I enjoyed seeing previous couples as side characters but especially seeing Max and Matthew get along better.

Overall it wasn't a bad story but I don't the trope and i meshed well.

This one was probably my favorite and had me in tears throughout! It was a lot more than the other 3. Each book had its own set of real life challenges, but this one was just more. I love the single dad trope, but a sick child will break my heart every time!

I will always love this series and I can honestly say that I wasn't excited about Zack and Denise's story at all. They were two characters that didn't intrigue me when they popped up in book 3.

Zack makes sure that he inserts himself in Denise's life because he needs her for something very important and she is his last resort to save his son. They never expected anything else to happen between them. After all, Zack is a professional ice hockey player with a jam-packed schedule and his free time is spent with his son. Denise works not stop shifts on a hospital word with children who aren't guaranteed to see next week. Love has a funny way of happening though.

Natasha Madison is very good at writing heartfelt romance and I was nervous when I figured out where this story was going which is very early on. I didn't know if she would be able to pull off the soul-crushing pain that this storyline might have needed - but oh lord did she pull it off! I teared up multiple times!

This is a great way to finish a series but I am now craving the spin-off that much more.
