This was fine but I was getting increasingly bored. This isn' enemies to lovers (what's new there, it's hate to love at best). The fmc was just so meh.

Good side characters. I tore through it and I enjoyed it. I’m not sold on the fire MMC. I’m thinking he might have an ACOTAR tamlin like arc. He was a huge dick to the FMC especially at the beginning. He also needs control and is often harsh with the FMC even though he loves her. And his approach to his magic doesn’t seem to fit the FMC well. But the water male character’s approach seems more appropriate. I see a love triangle in the future. Writing sometimes made me roll my eyes.

This was a good romantasy. I enjoyed the FMC and her relationship with her found family. The world building was well done. I do wish that the MMC was a little more fleshed out. I would have liked to connect more with him.
Well did I ever have a good time reading this book. I crushed it in two days and was hooked from the very first page — which is such a rare and welcome treat.
The world-building could use a bit more depth (some places felt like they needed more grounding), but the concept? So fun. The idea of four remnants — scattered souls tied to elemental powers — being the key to saving the world? Fresh, creative, and gave me something new to chew on in the fantasy genre.
Add in some fae, warring kingdoms, and a delicious slow-burn enemies to lovers romance, and you’ve got a recipe I’m always happy to devour. The FMC is a real standout: brave, kind, and someone I could actually root for. She’s got heart, grit, and a touch of chaos in the best way.
Overall, The Wind Weaver is a fast-paced, emotionally charged fantasy that hits familiar tropes with a bit of a twist. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for the next in the series.

Meiner Meinung nach ist der MMC eine wandelnde Red Flag. 🚩🚩🚩Sein Verhalten ist absolut kontrollsüchtig und er haut Sätze raus die absolut red flag sind. Ganz furchtbar!
Die FMC ist völlig unbeholfen und mir sehr oft ziemlich auf die Nerven gegangen.
Einzig einige Nebencharakter konnten die Story für mich aufwerten. Das Hörbuch hat sich für mich leider auch echt gezogen.
Ich werde die Reihe nicht weiter verfolgen.
