I can’t begin to explain how nerve wrecking this book was to read. I’m so emotionally invested for Patrick and Jono that I stayed on the edge of my seat for the entire journey. I cried so many times during this book as well, I’m a sensitive reader and feel those emotions deeply. Honestly, I’m beyond emotionally invested in Patrick, Jono, Wade, and the rest of the pack.
Many of Patrick’s secrets come to the light of day. With each new or old God that makes their appearance, it’s always a guessing game to know what side they fall on. At the same time, Jono finally has the match to lead all of New York City’s God Pack. All with the same twists and turns that we know and love from Hailey.
Wade is hands down my favorite character. He’s perfectly witty and lovable. His love of food and stealing is priceless. Wade also came into his own more and more in this book, he started to bloom into a confident young man.
Hailey Turner is a fantastic writer that paints a perfect picture throughout her entire book. From cover to cover, you will enjoy this book.
*Reader Note: I received a free copy of this book through Gay Romance Reviews (GRR) and this is my honest review.

As always, I read it too fast and not fast enough.
I’m not sure what I’m going to do when this series formally ends and I have to find something else to pin after besides more Patrick and Jono content.

Magic on every page
You know the excitement and thrill you get when a book you’ve been waiting for arrives on your device, but you don’t immediately start reading because you want to savor it? That’s every Soulbound book for me but this one...this one was special as I knew it was going to wrench some powerful emotions from me. And boy how it did. From chills and gasps to joy and laughter, no matter the page, I felt, but I wouldn’t expect anything different when it involves these incredible, amazing and ingenious characters.
I’ll admit there were times while I was reading this book I wanted to tear out some pages. Since I couldn’t—and wouldn’t ever—do that, I settled for gnashing my teeth and yelling obscenities at well, pretty much everyone. But then there were the heartwarming and comforting times with Wade and his never-ending snacks, Sage and her steely reserve and always, always Jono and Patrick. “Because for all that she owned his soul debt, for all that Fenrir’s claws were sunk deep into Jono’s soul, they had each other, and Patrick didn’t have to stand on his own anymore.”
No matter what life throws at these intense and intrepid souls, they throw it back—usually with extreme force. I’ll never get enough of how Patrick and Jono protect each other, show how much they mean to each other or stand up for their family and for what’s right. They are an unwavering force that I will forever love and these books are ones that I will always come back to. And I am absolutely and most spiritedly anticipating the conclusion to this phenomenal series.

DNF 63% after skipping most of this
I have no idea how I made it this far into the series
I was waiting for the grand pay off but "watch his six" , the redundancy and the "gods'" interference (insert eye-roll here) and most of all the lack of significant Jono is absolutely excruciating

This series is one of my favorites. I'm so hooked. I've been waiting for this showdown between the god packs for eons it feels like. Of course the false pack would throw their hand in with the demons and Patrick's evil father and the Dominion Sect. Things were bound to come out about Patrick's past and it all comes to a head in this story. His ties to the pack throw everything into chaos as his job is on a collision course with the activities of the old New York City god pack.
I adore Jono and Patrick together. They're such a strong couple. Of course this time around the gods are making life even more difficult for Patrick. The number of pantheons appearing keeps increasing and everything is coming to a head. Everyone is choosing sides and the poor humans are just the ones caught in the crossfire. Wade is absolutely still my favorite character and I live for moments with him. He's such a teenager, but also such a loyal guy. He'd do anything for Jono and Patrick, face any fear, and he has such a caring soul even if it's hid under eons of dragon avarice.
Loved how this one played out and I was hooked from page one. There's a lot of action all over the place here as everything is picking up pace. Can't wait for the conclusion of everything that we know is coming.

This one broke me in so many places, especially near the end! They just can't catch a break, and someone is constantly after them. It is finally time to end things with the other God Pack, and they fight dirty! Patrick goes through so much, and I'm glad he has Jono and his pack around him. Jono and Patrick have come a long way, and I love how, Jono, is the touchstone Patrick needs in his life. This had me on the edge of my seat, and I can't wait to see how it all ends.

3.5 stars. I’m very ready for this series to be over. Since probably around the second book, I’ve really only been reading for Jono and Patrick, and that’s still the case. There’s still too many gods involved from too many different cultures and too much going on at once to make a solid, cohesive story. It’s dragged on for a long time. If the series had only focused on the Greek pantheon and had been condensed down to fewer books, I think it would’ve been a lot more enjoyable to me. But this one did have more of an interesting plot that I liked - it was more intense and high-stakes than the last few books, and I really hope I give the conclusion to this series at least four stars when it comes out in October. Since I’ve been sticking with it and choosing to continue the books, I want the finale to be exciting and actually wow me, show me that I’ve been hanging on for a reason. For now, though, the only reason I continue to read these books is because of the romance - I wish there was more of it. (But Jono is still so aggressively British that I really just can’t with it sometimes.)
