Another great addition to the series. Full of twists and turns with smart, and interesting characters. It keeps you guessing and turning pages to find out what happens next.

Might be the best of the lot so far. I really enjoyed the thrill of this story. After reading the 3rd through 6th book, I was a bit down on Harry Hole and had taken a break. I think the drudgery and the darkness of the stories were too much. It was dark and depressing to be dark and depressing. This book, the second in the series, is a much more taught and convincing thrill, with violence, but not dark violence (first hand, that is).

I think the character development is solid, and the overall story line flows really well. It is a book you read and realize an hour has gone by and you still want to move forward, but need to go to sleep.
