Every small part of it was scientifically tested from multiple angles, proven, and it even contains more than food. I liked that it tested all other diets to see how healthy they are and how effective they are in the case of losing weight.

The most impressive thing about How Not To Diet is how Michael Gregor backs up every statement with a scientific study. It's persuaded me to opt for high fibre, low calorie fruits and vegetables instead of my usual fare - and I actually enjoy it.
