A good mini book on the topic of OCD. An overview of different types, triggers, responses. Issues and treatments from drug therapy to behavioral and exposure therapy with little notes in the back to do no taking during the behavior and exposure therapy chapter and then finishing with cognitive treatment. It's only six chapters so very quick reads and therefore a very high level so that's why I'm only giving it three instead of higher because it's just very lightly touches the topic

đź’«This is a good book, which includes different techniques + methods to help cope with anxiety and how to change perspective of anxiety. The exercises help you think about anxiety, assess your thinking and worries..they were very helpful.

An interesting exploration into how to completely overcome phobias. Not only was this great in terms of wider reading for my A~level psychology class but also gave me the motivation to challenge my severe (diagnosed) emetophobia and make the first steps into recovery.

Information that should be obvious but helps to be told. Is more of a workbook so I will probably reread to do the practical exercises.

It was a short book which I don’t think is a bad thing considering the content and who the book is aimed at. If you are in the pit of depression you don’t want to be reading a thick book. Short and sweet is exactly what you need and that’s what this book was. It got straight to the point.
The exercises in it were really helpful, they aren’t over complicated, take two seconds to do really once you’ve got it set up.
Overall I’ve found this book really helpful and would refer back to in the future if I was struggling again.
