I loved this series!

This trilogy for the Lords was amazing! I didn't really want it to end! But they had the best end to their story. (Pun intended). The tie in of the three books in the last paragraph made me want to tear up a bit! But the secrets that were spilled in this book were insane! Highly recommend!

Amazing wrap to this steamy romance book.

Definitely recommend!

Wow! This book is everything that was needed and more! This trilogy is so dark but also incredibly beautiful. The authors threw a complete curveball at me with quite a few things. I don’t want to say anymore because I don’t want to spoil it but I’m still in shock over the turn of events. I love this series and the characters so very much. The Lords and their Lady, so broken individually but when placed together, perfect and strong. The story is amazingly well-written and flows so well! It’s incredibly hard to put down and I wish I could read the whole series for the first time again.

REREAD

Probably the best book in this trilogy but the ending could have been 50+ shorter. I felt like the last portion of the book was unnecessary and just brought the rest of the story down. At least we finally got the *group* scene we wanted. I can say I was thoroughly satisfied.

Got caught in a book rut and stopped reading 1/2 way through, the book definitely suffered for it. While I did enjoy it wasn’t as good as the first two.

I'm not getting anything done. My time is wrapped up in reading these books! They're addicting and so damn seductive! I can't get enough!

Hmmm. So. That was an interesting partial end to a series (looking like we're done with these characters stories but we're going to get more books from the same world). This last book we definitely got the most I dunno if you want to call it character development or honestly just complete character behavior changes. All three MMC basically go from sadistic lying manipulative abusers, to obsessive, in love, doting boyfriends. It's a HUGE change. I get a lot of it is the men somewhat working thru their issues and growing, but it's a rapid change.

We do get conclusions to plot points, the Ted stalker twist I didn't fully see coming. And we got basically a massive epilogue, which I found very meh. I don't normally mind those kinds of epilogues, but given the history of the book and the characters, and also the fact it was the entire last 100 pages of the book, I just feel like it didn't fit the story.

I dunno. I have mixed feelings about this book. The plot basis isn't bad. And like I've said before, I don't mind darker romances with taboo topics (I really enjoyed Haunting Adeline), but this series for me just pushed my boundaries a little too much. Like I've said before, there was a huge amount of grooming to be honest, and I'm not into that. I hate when characters are written underage. And the amount of misogyny in the books. So much focus on virginity and purity, and if a woman wasn't that then she was a whore. And if she used her body or sexuality she was worthless. And the FMC was constantly told that and belittled and abused and I feel like she never really took charge and fought back against that. Like she stood up and said something maybe once or twice. But It was something I felt never got fully resolved and just kinda got glazed over. Like the men just stopped being they way but they never were like "yeah we were wrong, we're assholes, women are not like that".

I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep reading into the series. I read the blurb at the end of this book that leads into the next, and I'm kinda curious. The FMC already seems to have a little more of a backbone, and I don't feel like we're gonna get the grooming aspect, which might make it more tolerable.

So I really liked this series...

I think this was a great series I liked how Story with each book became a strong bad ass in her own right. For my personal opinion I did not like the "big brother, little sister" references between Killian and Story specifically during the sexy time it creeped me out. This is my own personal opinion.... Overall great series and will definitely read more of these authors

What a perfect ending for story & our guys.

The spice is this book was next level and I loved it.
I def predicted the plot twist while reading the second book but still enjoyed it nonetheless.
Dimitri is now one of my fav book bfs ever.

The group scenes were fire.

I can’t wait to read the next installments about the dukes!
