What a great read. It's been a while since I've been hooked enough to want to find free time to pick this book up. Loved the twist.

Really good! I love when books are simple and yet really suck you in.

“You become increasingly comfortable with madness— and not just the madness of others, but your own. We’re all crazy, I believe, just in different ways.”

This was a good read. It may not be the darkest psychological thriller out there, but it’s a cleanly written one that held my attention.

What I love about this kind of story is that the psychology isn’t just part of the plot, it also entangles into the reader’s own experience.
There are so many subtle details woven throughout the story that if you’re only chasing the twist or waiting for the big punchline, you risk glossing over those moments along the way.

The short chapters and pacing really hooked me, and even though I predicted where the story was headed pretty early on, I still enjoyed the reveal and the telling of this story.

I was so bored, it was such a slow start, and sooo predictable.

this is a must read, super twisted

Honestly it was a solid 4 stars. It had the potential to be great, but in my opinion it was very obvious as to why the main character was interested in Alissia and that he was the man in the window, especially as the story went on because honestly like why else would he care? I would’ve preferred it to be less obvious but still overall a good read.

One of my favorites of 2022. The ending was such a massive jaw dropping twist that was so unexpected.
