I borrowed this book from the library, now that I have finished reading, I feel it is a book I would want to read in the future.

As a novice in practicing mindfulness mediation I feel this book is a good companion for people who meditate or those wanting to find out more about meditation.

Thich Nhat Hanh is very insightful and I feel I will use the meditation he includes at the end of the book.

Pros: quick and easy, nothing but love and compassion for the author and the path.
Cons: mere introductory material but really all you might need to work with fear - so if you’re looking for more / realms beyond the basics, look elsewhere.

I take refuge in the Sangha.

CBC book 7- a good book that reminds us to be present and focus on the moment. It’s a book for healing and letting go of pain and fear.

Yet, I do not see a multidisciplinary use for this book and is low on my CBC vetting list.
