4.5⭐️This book was honestly really good while the MMC is toxic we still love him Mickey aka Mickey. I love that him and Isabella are childhood lovers and that we got to see the dynamic of them in school troublemaker boy roman and his princess Bella. Isabella really did show her strength without even relaxing it she beat herself up a lot because she is “weak” but she is strong and she Survived all this time that’s all she could do honestly. She does her best and Roman is right by her side no matter what. Honestly they are like modern day Bonnie and Clyde.
Also the letters made me cry too they had my heart weeping a bit.

Roman is the perfect combination of touch her and d!e and golden retriever MMC. His relationship with Isabella is absolutely adorable. The way they grow together.. it’s beautiful.
Avina St. Graves is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. She captivated me with Death’s Obsession and I was foaming at the mouth over her newest release, Skin of a Sinner. I knew I was going to obsess over this when she started dropping the teasers… It did not disappoint.
Thank you @thenerdfam for the gifted advance reader copy of Skin of a Sinner by Avina St. Graves.

Roman Riviera is all any dark romance reader could ever ask for in a MMC. Wow, wow, wow! I have to say, I’ve read both books by Avina this far and she doesn’t disappoint. She really knows how to write a dark romance where the man is not abusive towards the woman and yeah is possessive and all that (that’s dark romance anyway) but he never hurts her and is actually so freaking romantic. The plot could have used some work and I feel like there were some loose ends, but very enjoyable read. Can’t wait for her next book!
