Habit loops and the irrational basis of anxiety is explored in this book.
While, the author does support his text with bits of research and his own philosophies/treatments of anxiety, it did feel commercialized. Some of the author’s key ideas were interesting, however, could do without plugging his app/treatment plans throughout his book.

This book told me some facts about our anxious feelings and offered some useful tips to deal with them. Basically, what you need to do is to be aware of your anxious feelings, plus to get curious about them. I did all the practices and they helped a lot. But still, I found the examples the author used were too good to be true. There were no negative feedbacks, not a single one. This confused me a little.
