Some of the info halfway through got a little too anecdotal for me, but overall I learned a lot from this one. I especially enjoyed learning about the tactics retailers such as Target use based on data about customer habits. The same goes for the tactics radio companies use to keep their listeners from changing the station. The bits toward the end about sleep terrors were intriguing as well. I think this book would be useful for anyone looking to shift their mindset about what they do on a regular basis, intentionally or not.

Very often it is easy to forget that time continues to fly in a whirlpool of choices we make everyday. Charles Duhigg's "The Power of Habit" is almost an encyclopedia of different stories that can reflect our own stories in one way or the other. This book helps look once again into the "autopilot" and makes you realize more about the pilot behind the wheel.
