Me he leído la primera versión o el primer libro, es decir hasta el capítulo 56, en orden y sin leer los capítulos prescindibles. Hacía tiempo que quería leer Rayuela pero no me animaba por si era un libro complicado, pero ha sido increíble!! Creo que es el libro que he leído en 2022 que más me ha gustado, el juego constante al que te somete, es completamente original y estimulante. El capítulo 7 y el capítulo 34, mis favoritos. Creo que es un libro al que se le puede dar mil y una vueltas, atemporal, y que se puede releer y releer y en cada nueva lectura descubrir cosas nuevas. Esperaré un tiempo a leerme el libro dos, en el orden alternativo, pero tengo muchísima curiosidad por ver cómo cambia la historia y como Cortázar sigue jugando con los capítulos. En resumen, libro 10 y completamente justificado que sea tan reconocido.

Ah what to say about this book. There are several ways to read the book (linear or jumping around the chapters). I chose the jumping path.
Without spoilers I can say that not much really happens in the book. For most of it, it's Bohemian life in Paris with a bunch of nothings doing nothing and discussing art while drinking. There are three-ish storylines (sometimes hard to call them a story), loosely connected.
The big change of scenery didn't really make sense to me.
The portrayal of female characters was irritating to me (there are three - one is considered being annoying and stupid by the club, the other two turn out to be exchangeable. A woman is a woman is a woman, right?)
All in all, the main male character was annoying and i didn't really enjoy reading most of the book. Especially the beginning is suuupppper slow. Then it picks up and gets interesting only to end in nothingness again.
