Really cute, but all the miscommunications got annoying after a while. I am enjoying this multi author series so far.

1.5 stars rounding up. If you took a drink every time Felix assumed the worst and jumped to the wrong conclusion instead of having a simple conversation with Marshall you’d be black out drunk by the end of the book.

probably my least favorite of the series, which is surprising as i love saxon and her work! i just wasn’t feeling marshall and felix that much

i wasn’t particularly interested in the demisexual journey, mostly because it just took sooooo long to work through for such a short book. the miscommunication between the characters began from ch 1 and lasted an insane amount of time. felix as a character was just a bit much for me, like an energizer bunny. meanwhile marshall didn’t give me enough. it seemed like he was just some boring history guy whose only interesting trait was being a virgin and demi.

i mean, they were cute but i wasn’t too invested because i didn’t necessarily care about the characters apart from the relationship and resolving the conflict. still had fun tho!

Roomate, demi, and self esteem

Contains: blind date disaster, roomates, opposite-attract, big bi-demi virgin, flamboyant gay twink, miscommunication.

Like it. The personnality, the caracters, the side caracters all those link between them and their synergy with each other are awesome. The feeling are on point. I was heartbroken with Felix low self esteem due to his past hookup. What I think? Meh. It was good. Great story even but the miscommunication was soooo much intense it get irritating. The plot start really great, the feeling was on point but the lack of communication was a big problem once its good, too is enough, but then more and more.

Love it, so cute.  Most of all with all the appearances of characters from the other books, I listened to the other series (Frat Wars)chronologically but not this one it's super funny and delightful.

I liked this one. It was fun having both main characters be side characters from two different series by Saxon James that are completely unrelated to each other (Marshal is Robbie's brother from Frat Wars: Master of Mayhem, and Felix is Griff's son from Platonic Rulebook). There was also a nice smattering on angst around "no one will ever love me" vibes and I found the miscommunication to be really enjoyable.
