This story is on a train ride to destruction of the brotherhood. Their is betrayal and loyalty that is getting spread thin throughout this intense read Oakley is a strong willed woman that is fighting for her legacy and to get her freedom. Zane is still the alpha man and all the holly hotness. Dalton is falling more in love with Oakley and wants her to spend her day like it’s the last day. And my favorite Cross and his pet venom are still the darkest of them and fierce to keep what is his. Sawyer is fighting to keep his family together and getting ready for his future with the society. The ending is not what I seen coming and I so need the next book as I need to know what happens.

You need this book in your life book friend's. Omg did this book have me on the edge of my seat and fanning myself the whole time. With every page I turned the tension just kept building and building leading up to that explosive cliffhanger. This is the 2nd book in the Empire series and each book I've read the tension keeps climbing. I'm not giving anything away you just need to read it and find out for yourself. Now I just need that next book to find out what's happening next. Definitely need to read.

Read as an arc in exchange for an honest review.

Holy Forking Shirt B@lls! This was an epic follow up to Empire. Legacy is explosive, sexy, has secrets worth dying for, is full of murder, and backstabbing. I enjoyed Empire, but Legacy kicks it up 10 notches! 15/10!

I will never look at donuts or motorcycles the same way again…IYKYK

This series is just so much fun to read! The characters are great (Easton is mine you can’t have him), the spice is amazing, and the cliffhangers are brutal! These books definitely keep me guessing.

A big reason I’m really loving this series is Oakley. She is such a funny character even though she’s facing such hardships. I love her chemistry with the guys, which results in some seriously steamy scenes. You’ll never look at donuts and motorcycles the same after this book (iykyk

Legacy is the second book in the Empire series and CANNOT be read as a standalone, as it also ends on a cliffhanger. What...and I can't stress this enough, THE F****?!?!? That cliffy!! Oakley, Dalton, Easton, Sawyer, and Zade are perfectly matched. All of the twists and turns had me completely baffled by the end...I soooo can't wait for more.

I love how twisty Sheridan gets and she’s never afraid to leave you hanging on that cliff!! It’s hard to believe Sheridan only recently started writing RH because she just does it so well

Many twists and turns

The number of twists and turns throughout is going to keep you on your toes the entire time. It was going smoothly, and then Bam! Twist. Bam! Another twist. And again, and again. Most made sense and they were fairly unexpected. I’m so thankful that this series is now a trilogy because I’m going to need these answers ASAP.

I do like the FMC but I think it was a standstill when it came to character development, same as the guys except for Zade. Not much changed between book one and two romantically but I think Zade as a person is changing, and hopefully in a good way. I would say this book was definitely more plot heavy than character and I’m actually OK with that.

When it came to the ending, I already knew the author was going to leave us with a cliffhanger because that’s just how she rolls. Was I expecting a few twists and then a cliffhanger? Less so but it was an added bonus. I felt entertained throughout this book and there wasn’t a lot of downtime which I loved. It’s quite fast-paced and I can’t imagine what’s going to happen next.

Legacy is quite possibly even better than Empire. I am absolutely obsessed with this dark and dangerous world with the absolute Queen that is Oakley Quinn and the boys aren’t too bad either.

I loved learning more about the secret society, the backstabbing and the dirty and depraved politics.

Cannot wait for Sinner!
