Sweet baby Jesus.... MASON FREAKING KING. Where can I find one???

Oh Brooke, you silly mess of a girl. Why would you ever want JUST sex with this gorgeous man from down under? This is the kind of man you marry, and FAST.

She's very go-with-the-flow and he's total zen. She has the mentality of a guy with her casual sexcapades, and he wants the whole deal. He's the hearts and flowers of the two. A guy like that is an absolute treasure, and not to be wasted.

I want to say so much, and at the same time, can't think of enough to say to depict what I'm thinking properly. I adore Mason to the moon and back. From his endearing little "yeahs", "sweethearts", and "gorgeous", to his kindness with the good deed he offers to students taking his yoga classes, and finally... taming the beast that is Brooke. He is a beautiful soul and captured hers. He got her to realize she wanted something better, and to be a better person because of him.

Their relationship is the perfect mixture of mature where they discuss their future and their lives, to the fun they have together (arcades, photo booths, camping, delivery vans, etc). I really hope I meet them again somewhere down the road, because I'm so anxious to know what's next. I need a litter of King babies.

another great story in this series!

brooke is totally awesome! i lover her attitude and personality. i love that behind the facade she is actually lacks complete self confidence and is unsure of herself. i love that when she figures things out, she's in it 100%.

mason is a really sweet, super hot AUSTRALIAN YOGA INSTRUCTOR! (did you see that? AUSTRALIAN YOGA INSTRUCTOR). that's reason enough to read the book. he puts his foot in his mouth more than he should but completely makes up for it with his sweetness.

billy and joey are in this one a lot and i still love them just as much as i did in the other books.

dylan and reese make small appearances as well. overall a must read from ms. daniels!

I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review from the author. It does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

If you guys follow me on some platform- Instagram, Goodreads, here on my blog or even Twitter, you’ll know how obsessed I have become over J. Daniels books. I read Sweet Addiction and Sweet Possession early this year and immediately fell in love!

I’ve been dying for Brooke’s book since I read the original 2 Sweet books early this year. At first, I wasn’t a big fan when she was introduced, but she quickly became one of my favorites in Sweet Addiction and Sweet Possession. I knew her story was going to be tough for her considering her character. Brooke works at Dylan’s Sweet Tooth (A.K.A. Dylan the girl who Sweet Addiction and Sweet Possession follows) making cupcakes. Not only does she love working there, she also loves sex. She doesn’t waste time getting what she wants, she goes after them as soon as they notice her.

Mason King has moved to Chicago to open up his own yoga studio. Ohh, did I mention hot yoga? :) Dylan’s Sweet Tooth happens to be right across the street from Mason’s studio and Brooke comes in to introduce herself. She’s only in for one thing, and that is sex with Mason King. Mason doesn’t just want sex with her, so he tries to convince her to go out on dates.

I loved when Mason was introduced in Bama Boys. At that point, I already knew he was getting a story so I was already excited. But to see them together in this story combining both series, I adored it. I love that we got to see some of the Bama characters in this! I love how this played out and I will be honest… I wanted to strangle both characters come the 88-90% percent mark.

I love that this was very character driven. It wasn’t based upon the sexual tension between Mason and Brooke. Let me tell you, there’s A LOT of it going on for sure. But I loved that we got to see more of their characters and the relationship that came out of it. This is also a big reason why I love J. Daniels books. Not only does she write about extremely sexy, swoon-worthy men that can’t possibly be real, she develops the characters so beautifully! I always fall in love with all her characters!!

I highly, highly recommend this book! That, and all her books. This is a stand-alone, however it continues after Dylan’s story, so if you haven’t read her books, you will be spoiled in what happens for hers.

I LOVE BROOKE AND MASON!! I can't even begin to describe how much I loved these two.
From beginning to end I was completely captured and I never wanted to put the book down.
Brooke...such a strong woman, but also guarded. Mason changes the way she sees things, the way she views relationships and love. Mason takes her on a journey and makes her see how good things can be between them. And even though she is hesitant at first she can't help but fall head-over-heels for him.
Mason...this man is everything a girl could ask for, and he could get any girl he wants. But he only
had his eyes set on Brooke. No one makes him feel the way Brooke does.
From the beginning they both knew deep down that there was something different about the other. That no one made them feel like the other did. Slowly they break down each other's walls. They hit rough patches along the way. But in the end neither can mistake their feelings for each other.
I loved seeing their relationship unfold. Seeing Brookes walls slowly crumble and give in to what she truly wants and feels. And seeing Mason love Brooke unconditionally and realizing that Brooke needs to take things at her pace and find her way to him. Their chemistry and their love for each other (even when they denied it) was clear as day.
I loved reading every word and seeing things unfold. Brooke and Mason are perfectly imperfect. They have troubles like any other couple but they always find their way back to each other. Because let's be honest they were made for each other. She has him and he has her. ❤️
