I found this to be extremely eye opening and insightful of how to start small. Lots of good nuggets. Was a bit of a chore to work through, could only take small bites at a time.

I LOVE THIS BOOK SO MUCH. I really like the part when the author mentioned how habits build up to be an uncounciouss action which really kills off any progress in the future.

Found this book just as helpful as the first time I read it. Took my time with it and made notes as well. Would really recommend if you're struggling with implementing helpful habits as it's a really digestible way to get started and the book is littered with stories that demonstrate each point without being too dry!

This was one of the best books that I've read on building habits. I found it to be totally engaging, even the dry bits about scientific research (which I usually skim over). This morning I spent time thinking about how to make healthier food choices with the ideas presented here. I'm excited to explore some more!

Super inspiring & full of practical, accessible tips. Second time reading it, and I’m sure I’ll reread it again.
