Has some good information but could’ve been about 120 pages shorter

This book screams Basic Bitch. Some useful information once you wade through all the cute catch phrases.

It definitely helped me refocus in my nutrition and health journey, especially putting it into context with deeper understanding of biology / the endocrine system and systems of elimination. I felt like it was missing clear direction but I took the physical book out of the library now to review in more detail. When this book is about biology, I do wish it had acknowledged gender identities. I also don't think it did a good job respecting that not all women want to get pregnant and could have framed that chapter in a light for why those steps are still beneficial even if you choose not to get pregnant.

This book breaks down the steps to take great care of women's heath in a non-conventional way. It introduces the concept of cyclical non-static balance of Women’s health which means that if we expect our body to be the same every single day (just like men's), we would be disappointed. I love the concept, the steps, and the inspiration from this book. Although I expected to get a more detailed actions provided, the book is still great and informative. I highly recommend this book to Women’s of all ages.
