Daisy and West couldn’t be more different. But, none of that matter when these two are suddenly named co-guardians of Daisy’s enfant cousin. Now these two must learn the ins and outs of co-parenting and each other if they want to survive. I mean I couldn’t believe some of what I was reading, the ridiculousness had me with full belly laughs. Let’s not the steamy and swoony moments too! I need Daisy as my bestie because she’s the perfect combination of qualities you need in a friend. And Westley, I mean does it really get any better than a protective stoic man on the outside but a secret dirty talker on the inside??
This is my first book by Pippa Grant but definitely not my last! As happy as I am to have Daisy’s book I’m also sad because this is the end of the Bluewater billionaires and I’ve truly enjoyed the stories, friendships, laughs, bad-a** boss women, and the true love they all found.

Loved everything about the Vagillionaires! Daisy and West are so perfect together with the sweetest most hilarious love story! Pippa Grant has done it again creating uber, swoon worthy men and their strong, fun and determined women.

ONE STAR” (x’s FIVE) = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I originally wrote in my Amazon review for this title that this was my first Pippa Grant book but looking at the Goodreads author’s titles list, I see that I actually read a few of her books and didn’t care for them. I seem to be hit or miss with this writer’s stories. I deeply enjoy her strength in writing refreshing metaphors and similes. I’m not a fan of the improbable and unrealistic scenes or settings.

Having read two of the three other Bluewater Billionaires in the series (penned by other authors,) I didn’t expect to like Daisy too much but at this point, she’s now my favorite of the “vagillionaires.”

While I don’t care for over-the-top, farcical situations... like Daisy’s mother’s “penises as art” theme or the crazy interior decoration of Daisy’s house, the dialogue and overall flavor of the novel was comedic genius. Daisy’s references to her grandmother being a paranormal entity of various kinds regularly had me in stitches.

I was a huge fan of Westley and his family. Their email threads were a funny highlight in the book.

This author obviously knows how to write about mothering infants and the romance she penned was refreshingly different. My one exception to my appreciation for novelty was when Daisy went into a sort of ‘rogue martyr’ tailspin. That knee jerk reflex seems almost like its own trope and it irks me, (but not enough to withhold a star ⭐️ in this case.)

*My ONE STAR headline played on the constant-one-star ratings for which Daisy’s cousin (the birth mom of Remy,) was known/reviled. In all seriousness, this 5 star book was up my alley and I will definitely re-read it.

This was a rough one to read. I haven't ready any of Pippa Grant's books before, but if it is anything like this one I don't think it will work for me.

I wanted to like this book since Daisy is very free spirited and takes no crap from anyone. I think that the voice that she had throughout the other books and the voice she had in this book were a little off. I mean yes she is a little out there, but her self confidence is very low, which I understand, but throughout the book it didn't seem to get any better.

Also the biggest thing that bugged the ever loving crap out of me was the amount of times that Westly was talking to his nuts... Yes you read that right... he was talking to his ball sac, at first I thought that was funny, but after probably the 5th time on the same page it got real old real fast. Then it went on for the duration of the ENTIRE book that I had to skim over that because it drew me out of the book. I don't know if that is something that Pippa does in her other books, but it's not something I can take seriously for the whole book, I get he was horny and hasn't had a good boning in a long time, but that doesn't mean he needs to talk to his balls about it on the daily.

We also had some unresolved questions that weren't answered like:
Spoilerwhy Westly only goes for single mom's.. unless I skimmed over that... I don't think that it was states. What Daisy's true eye and hair color are (if they were both brown that one scene with her dressing up for the social worker and Westly saying he hates brown hair and brown eyes on her is an ouch)

I get it with some romcom's that the authors really go for the comedy aspect and lose the plot or purpose of the story. I feel like there has to be a balance with reality and the craziness that the authors can take. That could be a personal opinion, but I think that if she added some more reality and made it so Daisy could have a real conversation for 10 minutes that would make it better. I feel like they fell in love so quickly and they didn't have a serious conversation.

Overall it was an okay book, I wanted to finish out this series and I feel like this should not have been their last book, I think that the strongest one was the second one with Cam.

Oh, Daisy. I'm not sure I've ever been as mad at a character as I was towards the end of this book, but that had everything to do with Pippa Grant's masterful character building. Daisy starts off the bubbly, irresponsible, fun loving vagillionaire we've grown to know in the other three books but you soon get to know the real Daisy under the party girl shell. After learning her self-centered cousin named her as co-guardian to her newborn, Daisy has to learn to put aside her hard partying ways and learn to live with (and fall in love with) the quiet, responsible ex-marine named as co-guardian.

Tons of humor, sparks, cute baby, our other friendly billionaires + lovers, and fun. 5/5 stars

So much crazy fun!

I have no idea where Pippa Grant has been all my life, but OMG I must get all of her backlist IMMEDIATELY if not sooner, because I don't know when I've ever snort laughed so hard while reading. Sorry, cats! (My real ones, not the equally as crazy fictional ones. )

Daisy, West, Remy and everyone else in this crazy, lovable group were so much fun to spend time with, I *almost* didn't want to get to the end. But that would have been a shame, because the ending was EPIC.

Though I will never look at a ball pit the same again. And I'm totally craving fro yo, for some reason...

Rating: 4 stars / A

Daisy is crazy fun, West is just so amazing. Put both together, absolute beauty.

I relate to Daisy's insecurities and admire how at ease Daisy is with herself (which includes the wild side of her that people see). She wants to do something even when she has zero knowledge beforehand? She'll arm herself with the knowledge, people with expertise and the absolute confidence that she can - And that is so awesome! Love Daisy so much!
West is just the best kind of guy that can be. He has such a big heart and seeing both of them being attracted to each other yet holding back because of the situation that's throwing them together like this.
The rest of the ladies in the Bluewater Billionaires series are just as awesome so look it up!

I listened to the audiobook and loved it!! I should have known that this was part of a series, but I have been reading all of Pippa’s books in story line order and didn’t realize. That being said, it completely holds up as a stand-alone romance and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series! In true Pippa fashion, the characters are fun, dynamic, intelligent and just a lil bit wacky!

The narrators were fantastic with perfect cadence, fun accents/character voices and impeccable performance!
