This book is for everyone. Well, everyone 18 and over.

If you're looking for a smart, hilarious, relatable memoir, then look no further than this book. It chronicles life events and travels of a comedic writer living in Los Angeles. She constantly struggles with commitment to relationships and doesn't understand why she isn't the "normal" person that settles down at ages 26, 28, 30, 35...so what does she do?

She travels all over the globe, "doing the thing to do in the place to do it."

Each chapter discusses a different excursion, most of which are in new places. She learns life lessons within each of these trips, and she also never hesitates to tell it like it is. Basically, expect blunt, in-your-face, laugh out loud moments and memories within each chapter. This book reads quickly, too; I was never worried about what page I was on because I wanted her witty banter to last forever.

While this book is hilarious, it also brings up tough life decisions. Most of these issues revolve around relationships and this struggle of giving up a love for one thing for a love of another. I don't want to get too much into this idea, but I think it is a topic that resonates with so many people.

This memoir will inspire you to hop on Expedia and book a trip halfway across the world to experience life and learn things about yourself that can't be found sitting down in one place. Please pick this book up. It's my favorite book to-date.

I love and cherish this book and I would kill to read more! Single women traveling and falling in love with places and people all over the world? Yes please. Also people upset over the word breeding in the title make me laugh. God forbid someone not want kids and name the process what it actually is.

Loved it!

As someone who bought a backpack and a one-way ticket to Australia when I couldn't find a job after graduation, I felt this one so much. Here's to all us single girl travelers

If you don't want to have the sudden urge to jump on a plane, don't read this. If you don't want to go to Argentina and meet cute guys, don't read this. If you don't want to be lost and then found again, don't read this.

This book was given to me as a gift, but I'm not sure my friend could understand the gift it has really given me. It's made me realize to take the time to meet the people where I travel to, see the experiences I should see and do the things (or people) I want to do. Hilarious and very slap-in-the-face, Kristen knows how to take you through every thought every single girl thinks and put them into words. I really appreciated how she was straight-forward and honest with the fact this is how people are...well some people. And that shit happens and you keep going and that running to a place to escape problems may create problems in itself BUT gives great experiences that help shape your life for when you're ready to live.

100% recommend this book to people who like to laugh, read about sexy bits, are travel bugs and enjoy a story that makes you feel like you're going to be okay.

I loved this book. Definitely recommend it!

DNF. I really wanted to like this book but it fell short for me. I picked up this book because I thought it would be funny, charming, and full of travel adventures that I could live vicariously through... I had sadly built this book in my mind as Eat, Pray, Love without all the heaviness and with way more spontaneous frivolity. But ultimately, it wasn't very funny. Kristen is a lovely protagonist but she never really let us (the reader) get to know her. And the author focused more on the superficial drama of each event instead of adventures in these great destinations. I unfortunately grew bored and forgot to pick this up again.
