I really liked the premise of the story, but it took to long to get to the amnesia part.
we get 50% of the book of her being an asshole to him and then we only have the second half for them to fall in love, deal with the conflict and get closure. so it felt very rushed and almost a little unbelievable IMO. and the conflict resolution ended up being way too simple.
ellie as a character was not very likeable and felt very childish. landen was very sweet. I just with we had gotten more of why he was so gone for her and a progression of his feelings for her building up.
i am interested in continuing with the series, will see how that goes.

A lot was going on in this book, my mind was all over the place. I loved it nonetheless.
I am forever in my small town, cowboy era. That will never change.
I fell in love with Brooke Montgomery's writing in "Here with me" and am excited to read more.
Landen and Ellie's story was a rollercoaster.
Tucker's part broke me. I feel so bad for him.
I definitely recommend this book.

When an accident leaves Ellie unable to remember she wonders what the cowboy sitting by her bedside she can’t help but to be drawn to him, but will she hate him more when she finally gets her memories back?
I love this world and this family. They have such a strong connection and love for each other that poor out of every single page, I love getting to see previous couples and what they’re up to in this story. And how much they root for Landen and Ellie as individuals and together.
This book is beautiful, heartbreaking, funny, heartwarming and spicy. You love this book if you love banter, dirty talking cowboys, and a sizzling enemies to lovers.

Had a blast reading this! I always love when the MMC is obsessed with the FMC. He had feelings for her for four years! When he tried to move on, it didn’t work out for him!
I will say she was a bit mean to him at first but she was manipulated by a person she thought she could trust to make her hate him. I am glad that she was able to find out the truth. I felt so sad for him when he was worried she would retort back to her hating him.
I am so excited for the next book! Also there is another couple mentioned, his best friends. They will be getting their own book too and I am soo glad interested in it so I can’t wait for it to come out! I always love series that following siblings love life’s and when they all work together on a business!
