This audio reading was not enjoyable - the main voice was pompous and irritating, and the narrator would suddenly switch into accented English or a New Zealand accent when the text included quotes in a very disorienting way.

Super inspiring, and ultimately pretty simple, adoptable patterns to living the longest, fullest, life possible.
I didn't mean to get this book, I was planning to read his newer book. BUT, I found this book to be a really good read with good recommendations.

Lots of good information that was incredibly easy to read and related anecdotally. I find myself discussing this book with as many people as might stand still long enough *grin* Summary finds the answer to longer life is a combination of diet, physical activity, involvement in community, and family/friend relationships.
Eh. No secrets of the universe here. Some interesting stories. Generally good advice. I ended up skimming most of this.
