Chasing the Sun: The New Science of Sunlight and How it Shapes Our Bodies and Minds

The science of sunlight is truly interesting and if we are to take these learnings into our daily life, it seems we could improve our physical health, mental health and our work ethic - on a global level.
I enjoyed learning about the research behind natural light and its impact on us humans and nature. It is also always fun to have a Faroese reference in any book. This book tells about Niels Finsen's findings.

First of all, I wouldn't say this book is about the sun and its influence on us. Maybe partially, but it was mainly a mishmash of unrelated fun facts and info about circadian rhythm and sleep. I found some passages interesting, but it wasn't the author's merit, only the information itself. What's more, the writing style was pretty bad and it discouraged me from reading. However, I'm quite sure someone else might enjoy it more than I did.
