It was very good! And kept me intrigued and guessing until the very end! The story had a good pace and I never felt bored or wondering why certain parts of the book are in there. The twists were amazing and never felt forced and it wasn’t totally implausible that’s what made it even better! I would recommend if you like psychological thrillers!

Wow seriously, despite all the thriller books I have read, I did not see this twist coming! Love it!

The story was smooth. And you know when you have all that speculative theory in your head, but a character/plot got you stuck, it didn’t fit in anything then suddenly, BOOM!

I just cannot rate it higher because there’s one character I need more closure and I thought the ending for the 2 MCs could’ve been better in a twisted way

WOW, what a book! I loved The Kind Worth Killing and recommend it a lot. This book, in my opinion, was equally as good and boy what an ending.

Excellent read

Peter Swanson does not disappoint. This is a perfect twisty, turning mystery. It’s extremely fast paced with a fabulous ending.

Hen an artist and her husband Lloyd just moved into their new home. Hen has had a rough time dealing with her bipolar disorder and is now on the correct medication and it seems like she’s finally getting her life back on track.. When they get invited to dinner by their next door neighbors Matthew and Moira the only other couple that do not have children on their street they believe they may have just found some new friends. While getting shown around Mathew and Moira’s home Hen notices something that may just link Matthew to a past unsolved murder. An old fencing trophy that belonged to a man Dustin Miller who was brutally murdered. The police were never able to locate the missing trophy or uncover any clues who may have murdered the Dustin. Hen was obsessed with the unsolved crime since it had happened in her old neighborhood. Hen becomes fixated on Matthew and is convinced he’s a murderer and she begins to watch and follow him. Hens mental history causes the police and her own husband to doubt her. When more murders happen and Hen is certain it’s Matthew she becomes obsessed is she losing her mind or is her neighbor a serial killer. This book was amazing I give it five stars! Peter Swanson never disappoints he is honestly one of my favorite authors! The twisted ending blew my mind! I flew through this book I had to know what was happening! Highly recommend add this to your next read you will not be disappointed! This book will be available March 5th 2019!

Peter Swanson has done it again! There is just something about the way he tells a story that is like no other. When you think that there is no more story to tell, along comes the last chapter with a BAM! I do have to say shame on you Mr Swanson for being a bit miss leading when you had Mira say/think to herself that she hadn't thought of Richard in awhile.

One review of this book called it "Dexter Meets 'Girl, Interrupted'" and that's not a bad summary. A solid 3.5 stars for being entertaining, twisty, though a tad sluggish in the middle and containing one obvious plot twist most readers would guess.

Hen and Lloyd move into a new neighborhood and quickly make the acquaintance of the only other childless couple in the area---Matthew and Mira Dolamore. After dinner and a tour at Chez Dolamore, Hen becomes fixated on an item in Matthew's study that she is sure ties him to an unsolved murder. Hen, however, has a bumpy mental health history so is she possibly an unreliable narrator? This one was an engaging page turner with a few unexpected turns.
