I feel like it was a good representation of depression and anxiety. I must admit, I was looking for dark humor, and was pretty surprised to see how anxiety inducing the whole experience was. I liked it, it was almost 4 stars for me, but maybe this won't be the best read for someone currently battling with mental illness, or someone who never experienced it.

One of the few books that has made me truly laugh out loud and cry at the same time. It is relatable, so very human. It addresses so many feelings and moments that are hard to talk about. One of my favorite books of the year.

Este libro tiene una pizca de humor maravilloso. Es impactante y precioso y te atrapa; y te ves. Me parece que tiene un final espléndido. Nuestra propia existencia es algo increíble, y encima tenemos la posibilidad de ser felices mientras existimos, a pesar de todo lo terrible, que no es poco, y que muchas veces surge de nosotros mismos, y otras no, pero podemos salir de ello. Me gusta mucho que exista este libro.
