OH MY GOD!!! This book was A-MA-ZING! I loved it so much. I grew to love Nick throughout the entire book. I think changing up the POV was a good choice. Not that i dont love Anna, but things can get a little boring if its only from one POV. Over all i LOVED it. Highly recommend.

I so loved being back in this exciting world Jennifer Rush has created, inside Nick's head, and gaining insight into what happens with the group after the events of [b:Erased|17899846|Erased (Altered, #2)|Jennifer Rush|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1377995684s/17899846.jpg|23741097]. I have loved this series since the start with [b:Altered|10859509|Altered (Altered, #1)|Jennifer Rush|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1344445982s/10859509.jpg|15774461], and I still love spending time frantically turning pages as I read on to see what will happen next with The Branch and the boys and Anna. The addition of Elizabeth's point-of-view alternating with Nick's enhanced this story. Fans of Rush's series will want to make sure to get their hands on this book. Here's hoping we'll get even more someday!

While this book is part of the same universe and has the same characters as the past two books in the series, this one follows the story lines of Nick and Elizabeth. I really enjoyed reading from his point of view and Elizabeth's. Elizabeth was a nice addition to the characters because she was new and innocent in a way the others weren't, and you got to learn about the Branch again through her. While I still wish Nick and Anna had gotten together, I liked the ending of the book.

Though I like Nick's character a lot it didn't seem like he needed his own book for the series. This felt like a companion novel. It didn't fit with the rest of the series at all. I didn't enjoy this romance at all (personally always wanted Nick & Anna together).

Good book but it didn't fit with the overall plot of the series. Other than Nick none of the original characters are even talked about much in this book?

I was ready for a take down! I was ready for the Branch to be over once and for all.... but that didn't happen. We just have Nick trying to save some random girl from his past the entire time.

I have really enjoyed this series and was so excited when I saw this third book would be from Nick's POV. Like the rest of the books in the series, this one was a very quick read and all the characters are full of secrets. But unfortunately, I just didn't like it as much as I did the others. I wasn't a huge fan of Elizabeth, who's POV we also get, and there wasn't as much action as there seemed to be in the others. Not much happened. We do find out about the mission Nick is having flashbacks of, but I really just wanted more of Nick and to learn more about the Branch. But that didn't really happen. I don't know why but I just felt like we learned the least and the story advanced the least in this book.

I'm also not going to keep it a secret that I had hoped before this book started that Anna and Nick would get together. But that's not going to happen. :-/

Regardless, my overall love for this series is still going strong and I hope more people will read it. It's great YA sci-fi. And I really hope we'll get more from Jennifer Rush.

This series is really good but I was a little disappointed because I don't get how Anna had such a deep bond with Nick according to the memories of her past, but she attached to Sam who used to be her sister's boyfriend. Now Nick has been bothered by memories of another girl and goes to find her. Well all's well that ends well, but I am still curious.

This book! Oh this book! To say I’m a huge cheerleader of the Altered series is basically an understatement. When I first read Altered I was blown away by it and still think it is one of the most underrated books out there. Read it people! Read it! And then I read Erased and I was 100% hooked. There was something special about these boys, Sam, Cas, Trev and Nick, and Anna. I wanted to learn more about all of them. We learned about Sam in Altered and Anna in Erased. But we also got a deeper glimpse at Nick in Erased and I knew I needed to know more. Well more I got. Reborn is Nick’s book and it was fan-freaking-tastic. But it also left me wanting more, more, more.

Reborn focuses on Nick. He has started to remember things from before his memories were altered and they are haunting him. So much so that he drinks to dull the feelings his flashbacks bring on. But no matter how much he drinks he can’t seem to forget a girl that haunts his memories that he may or may not have been sent to kill and that he may or may not have actually followed through on. Making a decision Nick takes off in search of this girl not sure what he will find but needing to know. But with the Branch still out there anything can happen and Nick ends up finding more than he expects.

What I really loved about Reborn was the change of voice. The first two books were from Anna’s point of view which I enjoyed, but I was dying to get into the heads of these boys. Jennifer Rush made a wise move in making it Nick’s head space in Reborn and an even smarter decision in bringing in Elizabeth, a new character, to counter Nick’s gruffness. Don’t get me wrong, I love Nick, he’s my favorite Jennifer Rush boy, but he’s not the happiest of dudes. Having Elizabeth’s voice helped soften him some and brought his back story to life.

Which brings me to the plot. The plot was super compelling. I was hooked almost immediately on the story and the mystery behind it. Both Nick and Elizabeth had fragmented memories of the situation that connected them so the clues they had were limited. But there were some clues that surfaced straight out and subtly that made me wonder how it was all going to play out. I did guess some of the mystery, but there was enough that that didn’t matter to me. It kept me interested and the last 3rd of the book is end of your seat addicting. I just loved it.

Reborn was pretty much everything I had hoped it would be. It was fast paced, entertaining, and everything I expect from Jennifer Rush. I fell in love with Nick even more than I was before and I was invested in his story completely. If I said it once I will say it again, this series is something everyone should need and talk about. It needs buzz and love and I need more books on these boys! Thank you Ms. Rush, thank you.

Well that was a quick read!! Literally couldn’t put it down! I love how the characters developed over the trilogy. This may be my favorite of the 3 books!
