Crazy Sexy Love is a second chance at the one who pushed you away. It's friends, coming home, and that missing thing. With great friends, an awesome dive bar,and cowboys in jeans what more could you ask for?

Perhaps a hottie on a bull?
Or are you holding out for the mechanical bull?
Maybe you want the horns?

Crazy Sexy Love is sweet with a touch of dirty talking. It's perfectly naughty and makes me reminisce about days gone by (okay, so I didn't have a bull riding cowboy. It makes me think of being young).

Crazy Sexy Love was Great!!!! I Loved it!! K.L. Grayson is one of my favorite authors she never disappoints!! I am super excited about this book!! I want everyone to read it!! Get ready for a sexy read with a smoking hot cowboy and his first love! This is a second chance romance, it was beautifully written. I was swept away from the first chapter. I'm a country girl from south Texas and felt like this was a very realistic. I felt my heart pounding right along with the characters, Grayson did a great job capturing the adrenaline and emotions that comes with bull ridding. Rhett Allen is our sexy bull rider, he is injured and has to return home to recoup. Home for Rhett means he has to face someone from his past, the girl who broke his heart. Mo, I loved Mo. She is strong and loving but she is hiding a secret, a secret that she has lived with the last six years. My heart bled for Mo, I understand why she did what she did but ugh! Throw in Mo's friends and Rhett's Brother and you can't help but want more! This was a Great read!! It was sexy, sweet and funny with some emotional hits to your heart. I loved all the characters and can't wait for the next book! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I read and loved KL Grayson's A Touch of Fate series, so I was happy to stumble upon this new series from her, especially when I heard that she was going to be a part of Kristen Proby's crossover series next spring. This was the first book in a new series that takes place in Texas and involves a bull rider, something I don't have much experience understanding or reading about, but I found that I enjoyed it a lot!

Rhett and Monroe (Mo) were childhood friends and sweethearts. When he broke out on the PBR, fate- in the form of a manager- broke them apart. Six years later, after a concussion and shoulder injury, Rhett returned to the small town of Heaven to rehab. Then, he found out about all of the difficulties that Mo had endured while he was off chasing his dream. Hers had disappeared due to family circumstances. They rekindled their relationship, but things aren't always easy.

I very much liked both of the main characters. I think what put this as top read for me was the relationship that Monroe had with her father. I found myself crying on multiple occasions through their interactions. It greatly affected me, and made me love Monroe even more.

I can't wait to see where the rest of these characters go, and hope to get more updates from Rhett and Mo in following books in this series of standalones!

Love this sexy cowboy romance. A great second chance romance, that happens to have a sexy cowboy? sign me up! The characters are engaging, as is the story. The only thing standing in their way is themselves. This book has, love, lust, sexy times, and laughter. Told is dual pov.

This was OK...

I didn't get the title, I just couldn't find this crazy or sexy. The heroine tells a lie saying she cheated when she didn't. Watches the man she loves fuck another woman against a tree and still loves him. Nope.

I wanted to love this but the problem with rekindling love is there is always baggage. And authors always ALWAYS seem to go for the cheating it is the easiest. Makes it scandalous they are back together. I didn't want that I wanted them to be childhood sweethearts who broke up over a misunderstanding and they didn't have sex with anyone else but he has sex with others and she doesn't at least make them equal!!

This book is intended to be light reading. Light meaning a quick read on the beach, quick reading while waiting in line or waiting for your doctor to come.

With that in mind, this book is OK to my taste. There is not drama/plot/ angst. There is also no deep/ serious character development. The supporting characters also not contributing anything. The steamy scenes is also moderate/ luke warm. Not erotic.

Again, this book is intended to be light reading.

Audiobook Review

Overall 3 stars
Performance 4.5 stars
Story 2.5-3 stars

I really love second chance romances (especially childhood friends to lovers), but this one just didn't quite hook me the way that I'd hoped. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross were fantastic however, and I loved all the emotion and feeling they put into these characters. The duet style was amazing, especially for the more heated scenes. Even though I had some issues with the decisions the characters made/were making, I couldn't wait to find out how Mo and Rhett's story was going to end. I also really loved Mo's relationship with her father and some of those scenes had me reaching for a tissue to dry my eyes.

I think the biggest issue for me, is that I found myself more frustrated and annoyed at Rhett and Mo for their lack of communication than in love with them. So much heartbreak could have been avoided with some honesty and a conversation. I understand that they were young and that young love is often all consuming and explosive, but I still found it hard to believe that they wouldn't have fought a little harder to at least have closure/tried to reach out to the other in the 6 years that they've been apart. I also had a hard time with Mo essentially groveling and begging for Rhett's forgiveness. Mistakes were made by both of them, but it was Rhett who got angry and acted like he was the only one who had been wronged. Add in the fact that Rhett enjoyed all the buckle bunnies he wanted while Mo abstained completely, and I just had a hard time believing in their love. I did like that as the story progressed, both characters grew and matured. Mo started thinking about her dreams and how to go after them, while Rhett stopped only thinking of himself/acting selfish. Overall, this was an enjoyable listen and I liked it enough to want to continue on with the series.

This is the first book I have read by this author, and I enjoyed it. I liked her writing style. I thought the characters felt real and the dialogue was authentic, without issues that pulled me out of the story. As this is a second chance, it is important to have the balance of the past, and their attraction, with the present and the reasons they have to be reluctant to get involved with one another.

Rhett and Monroe were together years ago, and life happened, he left to pursue dreams and he thought she did as well. But, as you discover along with Rhett, things didn't quite go as expected for either of them, and there were events and people who were instrumental in making sure that their relationship in the past ended when he left to pursue his career.

But, after he is injured, he returns home and realizes things are not as he has always thought, and that the connection he had with Monroe is not as in the past as he thought.

I liked the way this was balanced, and the way they each handled the emotions, the mix of glad to see the person, and wishing that you did not have to be around them...it felt very real, and it felt the way someone would handle this situation.

Most of all, I related to the characters. I believed in the story, in their actions, and I enjoyed the writing.

I recommend this title.
