Sinceramente, me ha gustado, pero se me ha echo bastante pesado y repetitivo todo el tiempo.

I liked it.

This is a well written book. It has some excellent points. A lot of ideas were refreshers for me. Overall it's worth a read.

This book, while inspiring, could’ve been way shorter. Like it could’ve been a 10 page book. It has a lot of repetitive information— either with more explanation or with additional testimony to demonstrate why it works. The writing is very infomercial-like as it is filled with fluff and sounds very “pie in the sky” and there are lots of references to his other products (books, websites and other businesses). All that aside, however, the book does have some great, useful, and practical Information.

Since reading the Miracle Morning, I’ve incorporated the SAVERS method, and I really see a difference in my outlook and productivity for the day. Excited to see the continued impact!

I actually really loved the stuff of this book but I didn't love the exaggerated salesman pitch happening. If you've lost your focus or your morning needs a kick start, definitely give this a gander.

*2 STAR RATING FOR THE BOOK ITSELFT NOT THE METHOD*
*RATING FOR THE METHOD IS PENDING 30 DAY CHALLENGE COMPLETION*

This book spent a very long time trying to convince me that I should read this book.
I understand that the author needs to explain the reasons why we should listen to what he's saying but it just took so long to get to the point.
This could have been 38 pages, instead he rambled on for 138.

Here's a run down:
Night Before:
-Do Bed Time Affirmations before you go to bed (available for free online)
-Set your alarm across the room.
Miracle Morning:
-Spring to your feet
-Brush your teeth.
-Drink a glass of water as fast as you can.
-Put on workout clothes
Do your Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
S is for silence - meditate for 10 minutes
A is for affirmation - read your affirmations for 10 minutes
V is for vizualitation - practice vizualization for 10 minutes
E is for exercise - exercise for 10 minutes (author recommends something that will get your blood pumping and sweaty, and also that you make this your last MM item)
R is for reading - read a self-improvement book for 10 minutes.
S is for scribe - journal for 10 minutes.
-Have breakfast after your MM is complete
.
The idea is that you can mess with this as much as you want, by changing the time that you dedicate to each activity and the order in which you do them. He states that even if you only have 6 minutes, you can still dedicate 1 minute to each activity.
.
I did start the Miracle Morning 30 Day Challenge this morning.
He breaks it up in three sets of 10 days to fully acquire a habit:
Days 1-10: Goes from "I'm excited to do this" to "I hate this."
Days 11-20: Gets to "Ok, I can kind of do this."
Days 21-30: "I'm seeing the benefits of doing this."
.
It's 9:01 now but I've been up since 5:30am.
I plan on waking up at 5am tomorrow.
I did have some moments during the MM where I thought "I could just sleep for another hour", but I didn't.
I was fully alert driving to work and I felt pretty good about already having accomplished a lot today.
I've been at work since 7:30AM and some of the affirmations I did this morning keep popping up into my brain.
I'm intrigued. It's only been one day but who knows.
I'll come back after I've completed the 30 days to add my experience.

Not very well written, or supported in the book by any sort of evidence; his logic is based on random numbers and personal emotions. But, the concept is still good. One sentence summary of the message: get up an hour earlier than normal and do a bunch of stuff that everyone knows is good for you during that hour (exercise, meditate, visualize success, journal, read, etc.). The rest is all cheerleading, which, maybe people need in order to get up that hour earlier?

Great concept and routine the only i didnt like the excessive marketing in every chapter

I could not finish this book. I tried to approach this with an open mind and tried to understand the author's point of view in claiming that his path to transformation improved his life especially since I received this book a present from a very good friend.

Instead, I found this book extremely repetitive. If you boiled down everything he wrote and every unique idea he had, it would probably be a pamphlet. While his style of writing wasn't the worst, it wasn't great either. His advice, while some of it was good, was not earth-shattering or possible for a lot of people. While he seems like a nice guy, I think his successes were very specific to his situation and his path in life which was clearly white privilege. I cannot really think of anything I really liked about this book.

Eh. Written in/from multilevel marketing jargon and point of reference. Foundational idea of the book--spend an hour every morning in silence, saying affirmations, visualizing, exercising, reading and writing--isn't bad, but it doesn't speak to me. I do have clients who've referenced the book though, so it's helpful to understand the idea of the book and others seem to find it motivating.
