Asimov continues to be the most rewarding scifi author I have ever read in that his examinations of the human psyche and sociological situations to implore your mind to be ever expanded and impressed upon.

The Robot series is a truly amazing collection of fictional novels. Each book in the series so far has captured everything that makes a classic detective whodunit story appealing, throws in some philosophical analogies and maximizes the futuristic effect of a robot-human ecosystem.

I would rate the Robots of Dawn behind the first two novels in the series, largely because I found it too long. One of the best selling points of the first two novels, which was absent in the third one was the way everything was packed in a concise book. While the end reveal in the third book is the best in the series, I felt it was too winding at times. Nonetheless, the story in itself, the characters, and Elijah's investigations kept me engaged throughout. R.Daneel Olivaw is a more fleshed out character than most human protagonists in contemporary novels. Giskard was an unexpected surprise package, I cannot wait to see what unfolds in the fourth and final book of the series.

Creepy old man Asimov spending a lot of time thinking about the ins and outs of sex bots and free love. Classic r/menwritingwomen.
Also very boring and repetitive. Almost the exact same plot as the last two I robot books.

Another amazing book in this series! Asimov writes in such a brilliantly-crafted way, keeping up the pace and intrigue enough to keep the pages turning away super rapidly while at the same time exploring really deep concepts and not feeling rushed over it.

The ending was INCREDIBLE and I genuinely never saw it coming — the final scene just topped off the brilliance and left me so keen for more.

While chunkier and clunkier than others in the series, I liked unitas book more. It had a better flow and was more interesting them a straight who done it.

Would have scored 3.5 stars off that were an option.
