I found a lot of helpful tidbits in this book that I am working to incorporate into my life. The one hitch in my giddyup is later in the book there is a whole section about taking her autistic 5 year-old son

on an extensive trip through Mongolia and visiting many traditional healers and how her child, while not cured of autism. was "cured of the dysfunction" that came with his autism. The author does leave room that it may not have been the healers, but it definitely feels like that's the message and that felt very strange and a bit uncomfortable. It also felt a bit out-of-the-blue considering the other messaging in the book.
