Great ending to the evil master plan, begun in the first book. The characters are all brought back in a grand reunion of sorts and each has a place in the solution.
The weapons and other tech are silly and enjoyable, especially set in the reign of Queen Victoria, with it's reduced expectations for women. Sophronia's kick-butt attitude and abilities get the job done.

Really liked this one, though I'm not sure it gripped me like these stories have in the past. That being said...It took me less than 12 hours to get through it, so make of that what you will. It was a good ending to the adventure, though I feel like it maybe lacked a little something for me. Maybe I just didn't want it to end.

Great conclusion to the series

Loved this series. I am sad to see it it end but the ending was great. It leaves you wanting more but it still finishes up all the plot lines.

It was so good I tried to slow down and enjoy the book.

In A Nutshell: The Finishing School Series wraps up with Sophronia & friends trying to save their school & undermine a plot with far-reaching consequences.

More review to come!

I thought this was a pretty good ending to this series. The book itself was a little bit weaker than the previous installments, but there were a lot of story lines that needed to be wrapped up. I did think that Sophronia grew up quite alot, and that was something that she desperately needed to do so that worked in her favor. I did feel like
Spoiler the romance between her and Soap was a little forced. Part of what always worked between them was how they interacted and Soap as a werewolf was more aggressive than what Sophronia was used to. It just felt hurried, and that really she was pushed into giving their romance a try instead of coming into it on her own terms.
