I'm so happy the Salvation guys are back. I absolutely love Gretchen and Ben's story. Corinne Michaels is an amazing author and writer. Loved this book so much. I can't wait for Quinn's story. Great second chance romance. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I love a second chance love story! I loved reading how Gretchen and Ben found their way back into each others lives. They have off the charts chemistry and I could not wait to turn the page to see what happens next. I have not read any of the other books in the series but followed along in the story just fine. I love that 1001 dark nights allows you to try new authors and new series!

“You don’t deserve to ever be in the dark. You should’ve been the one thing in the world he couldn’t wait to show off.”

EVERMORE is live! This was a fantastic peek back into the Salvation Series world. Gretchen and Ben were fabulous guys. They pick up right where they left off in middle school. So much heat and fantastic banter made Evermore a great read!

This was a lovely little friends to lovers novella about Gretchen reconnecting with Ben, whom she previously knew in her schooling days. He's gone from lanky teen to buff ex-SEAL and Gretchen certainly notices. It's a lot shorter than the other books in the series, but I feel like that's a good thing. It's a lighter, mid-series cleanser. 5 stars.

I love revisiting the Salvation Series! This was a quick read but one that I absolutely loved. Gretchen and Ben's story was about second chances and accepting love from someone who truly wanted to give it. Gretchen and Ben grew up together but haven't seen each other in years and when they end up working together the spark that was once between them comes to life again. If you love a friends-to-lovers-second-chance-romance you'll love this book!

I loved Ben and Gretchen's characters. They both have gone through a lot in the past that has really shaped how they are in relationships. I loved getting that emotional punch I am used to with Corinne even in a novella. Really good story!

I honestly wasn't about to read it. The cover was what put me off reading it. It's simply too tacky. Then came RARE London in September 2019 and I decided to pre-order it from Corinne Michaels anyway. And I am really glad I did. Evermore was AMAZING! Ben and Gretchen's story was beautiful and the writing... Gosh! So good!

The only downside (if it is an actual downside) to this story was the discrepancy/plothole between the actual events in the two follow-ups and the events in the epilogue of Evermore. It would have been nice, if the author had bored that in mind.
Anyway, it's only a small part in Evermore.

Please don't be like me and let the cover fool you. Evermore is such a great story. I wish it was a full-length novel instead of a novella, though. Ben and Gretchen's story had so much potential, there could have been way more to tell.

And I don't wanna forget the appearances of the rest of the Salvation characters. <3

Revisiting the Salvation crew was amazing!! Gretchen and Ben - I LOVED from the very beginning all the way to the end. There was some steaminess, sexiness, and major swoon worthy moments.

This specific video review will be included in the February 2019 wrap-up.

Oh the laughs...

This book is the definition of entertainment. Oh how Ben won my heart!!! It helped my Dreamboat was in the book too. Ben has his Betty like Liam has Robin. Major cool points Hulk. And oh the wooing that happens. Just PERFECT!!! (P.S. I can't wait for Ashton, that girl is heroine crack!!)
