Continues the saga of Greg and his dysfunctional family. This book is full of the road trip they indulge in -his mom's great idea of family time. As usual there are umpteen number of hilarious goof ups and adventures. Rodrick is as evil and Manny as impish as ever, the poor suffering parents continue to suffer with good grace, and Greg , the non - controversial middle brother bears the brunt many a time. I thoroughly enjoyed the read. This one earned a star less because many of my favourites including Huffley aren't their and certain incidents seemed contrived. Nevertheless , a much enjoyable series.

I pretty much liked this one a lot. Made me learn one thing: you don't really have to plan anything, it's just always gonna be you expecting the unexpected.
Okay,the series is NOT one of my fandoms but my brother has an obsession with it so I always catch myself 'stealing' them from his library to read them.I am not a fan of teen comedy but this book was really good.
Plot?It was COOl!I felt that it had suspence!For the first time in these books,I was pretty excited for the end.As for laughing,I guess Jeff Kinney has his point there!It had such amazing humor,it's my fave of the series so far.The cover was also FUN!I liked it pretty much,yes,I admit it,I Loved it.

I just remembered I had all my Wimpy Kid books in my cupboard so I cranked this one out and I enjoyed it very much. It kind of reminds me of a Malcom in the Middle episode, just chaotic fun that helped me forget about my anxiety before sleep.
I liked this one a lot more than the last couple and I’m determined to finish this series ASAP! It was hilarious and fast paced. Love this series even though I’m 21.
I haven't read many books about road trips and this one doesn't disappoint with its funniness. Jeff Kinney's books might be recommended for 9+,but I can always rely on DOAWK to get me out of a reading slump or make me laugh. DOAWK follows the story of an out-of-place and dorky pre-teen who has to navigate his way through middle-school and family drama.All the books are hilarious,fun and totally mood lightening.Greg might not be the ideal role model,but he sure is entertaining.Diary of a Wimpy Kid books are easy-reads and take me on average an hour or so to finish(that's if I EVER get an hour of my life ALONE in peace to read!).I don't think I'll ever outgrow Greg(hopefully).
Oh my Goodness this book started out in giggles and light chuckles to me Laughing Heartlity, Only Greg and his nutty family could take something common and turn it into a trip you wont forget!
