Bullet Review:
+ The narrator sounds like she's at the end of a room, an empty interrogation room, speaking into a crappy microphone. The sound is tinny and echoes.
+ And yet, despite the "empty interrogation room", there are moments where I swear I can hear a baby, another adult, traffic and more.
+ There is a LOT of swearing, not all of it feeling necessary, much of it feeling affected so as not to scare off us simple people.
+ Some of the points are good.
+ Minus 2 stars because despite the subtitle being "Using Science" (emphasis mine), the author starts talking about woo subjects like chiropractic, acupressure, acupuncture and reiki and suggesting they are as valid as talk therapy and medications.
+ Between the awful audio quality and the bait-and-switch ride on the woo woo train, I cannot give this higher than 2 stars.
+ Fortunately, this was only less than 4 hours long.

It is an okay book.. the cursing is a lot but you can guess that from the name. I was expecting some crazy insane ways to cope with all anxiety, trauma, anger, etc.. there are coping mechanisms but nothing new or different that what is now considered "common knowledge"!?
