Highly recommend everyone read this.  Lots of different voices of people on the asexual spectrum that have been absent from the greater public discourse.  Was very eye opening for me and my book club, asexuals and allosexuals alike.  Sexual freedom for all, including freedom for and freedom from.

This was a good book with lots of information about ACE. I learned a lot. I do think some parts were a little boring but otherwise it was good.

Fantastic read for anyone interested in sexuality, relationships, gender roles, and how society influences those things. The writing style is casual, switching between personal anecdotes from the author and stories from a multitude of interviews, with a host of additional reading material to supplement. It does a good job of showcasing many experiences of asexuality, ranging from sex positive to sex repulsed, and explaining any terms the reader may not be familiar with along the way. A good read for beginners in this topic as well as those who have done some reading already.

Personally, I will be adding this to my sexuality studies mandatory reading list.

Super accessible in term of language and style. Definitely curious to read more about asexuality outside of the american context (as all stories and perspectives are american focused). Appreciated the personal storytelling woven throughout. So impactful i might even journal about the questions raised by the author

a very interesting nonfiction book! i think if you already know a lot about asexuality/sexuality in general, there can be some pretty surface-level information in the book. but I still think it was a very insightful book. i loved that it focused on sexuality for people that weren't just white.

i really appreciated the conversation on queer platonic partners. i always love a good talk on strong platonic relationships and how fulfilling they can be. i think even people who identify as asexual can really gain a lot from this book. asexuality doesn't look the same for everyone, and I appreciate the author taking the time to include different experiences in this book!

this book will always be a huge recommendation from me for any and everyone!
