Legitimately finished this book in less than 24 hours. I really liked how she just writes like it's more of a conversation with you... I enjoyed all the examples she gives- even included some recipes. Perfect beach or weekend read! I appreciate the positivity this book has to offer.

The publisher calls this a memoir, but it’s not; it’s a self-help book that isn’t researched, just more a distillation of Khloé’s personality and approach to life. I liked it because I like her. I find it odd that she worked with the same ghost writer who worked with OJ on “if I did it”

This book was strongest when it seemed like Khloe was speaking from the heart about her struggles with health and her relationship with Lamar. Honestly, most of the advice isn't anything outstanding or new and different. but it was interesting to read how Khloe applies that advice to her own life. Most of the nutrition information she gives I have serious doubts about, but there are some delicious sounding recipes that are included. Overall, this book isn't really meant for people who are trying to get new ideas about health and fitness, but if you have an interest in Khloe, you'll like at least portions of this book.

The Kardashians is definitely my guilty pleasure. And I just had to read this, especially because Khloe has always been my favourite.

I isn't expect much, but I really liked it. The book had great pictures in it, and it was fun and easy to read. And since I'm myself going through a change in my life at the moment it was motivational and just what I needed to read.

In my opinion many "self help" books are so boring, that they are hard to finish. This one felt kind of like having a really good talk with a friend, and that was exactly what I needed.

I thought the book was actually pretty good. She had several great points and I found myself several times going "wow she's right, that's a great way to look at things". It was written in her voice but it was done well. Overall an interesting read.

I never thought I would find things I can relate to with a Kardashian. I do not watch the show and on the occasions I saw brief segments I felt such disconnect between these wealthy family and myself. But the book called to me because it spoke on health and mind. As I read through I found the writing style easy to get into. The content was relatable but oftentimes I wondered how much can she know from living the sheltered life she does? I am pretty sure she had help writing this book as well. I do not expect someone who has not written books before to have no help and can immediately churn out a full book.

Although somethinga she wrote challenged my usual thoughts. Like why focus on comparing yourself with others when you should focus on what you can do. Many of the things she said have been said before and I read them elsewhere but they are very true. I liked the sections where she talks about food and exercise because I am struggling with my diet and weight. Getting an intimate look into her life made me see that it is not as perfect as I thought and she struggled through the same things most girls and even I did. Mindfulness is really something I need to work on as well as not comparing myself to others. I did enjoy this because it felt positive and uplifting.

Easy read that gets a little boring and repetitive and religious near the end. To each their own. Overall a fun read and a great insight into Khloe's life.
