I thought this was a cute story. A little predictable with were the plot was heading but still really enjoyed it. I loved that Eden grew into her confidence and power. Plus she didn’t need a man to save her even though one kinda did.

This book to me is a Cinderella retelling where Eden is at times Cinderella and other times the Fairy Godmother.
There is an added storyline that reminds me of The Batchelor reality show. Prince Evander is to pick his bride from 20 eligible young ladies. Eden being one of them.
Dorian is the Knight in shining armor role but is a bit of a bad boy also. He is Prince Evanders right hand man. He meets Eden when due to her circumstances is forced to get a room at the local tavern before the ball where the 20 top contenders are chosen.
There is a prophecy that the prince’s bride will kill him and rule the kingdom.
I really enjoyed this book and watching Eden grow confidence. Watching Prince Evander reveal his evilness and watching Dorian fall in love with Eden.
Read the book to read all the twists and turns and who survives this retelling.

I am a huge fan of the author and Cinderella. It was a fantastic coupling. I always have to block out a good chunk of time when I read Hahn's books because I can't put them down. I woke up in the wee hours this morning and had to finish. It was a unique spin and a joy to read.

Loved how cute this book was. I like the guest story better but this one is still very good. The build up of how their magic works is really good. I liked the story line and the twists. Loved the ending.
