I thought this was a nice tie in with Triangles.

I really enjoyed Ellen Hopkins when I was growing up, and I still like most of her work. But this one fell flat for me. I wanted more from the ending. I feel the characters stories bad just started when they abruptly ended and there were so many questions left unanswered.

I loved alex and Shane....They were by far my favorite characters, which is rare since i dont see gay relationships in a good light. But Shelby was a touching part of the story, and man am i loving the way Ellen Hopkins writes. All the characters are joined in a way and it is amazing all the way to the end..Mikki your a me in disguise!

If you are already an Ellen Hopkins fan then you wont be disappointed. I hated the ending but not all books end with the ending we [as readers] hope to take place. Still a great book.

Ellen Hopkins is one of those authors I don’t know why I spend so much time reading. Her books are seriously not that good, but because they’re YA verse novels, they’re addictive.

This is definitely one of my least favorites of hers. There is too much going on and not enough of it is interesting. It was hard keeping track of the characters. The topics aren’t as buzzy as those in her superior books. This one deals largely with sex and relationships. She also dabbles in disability, and she does a horrible job at it.

The last quarter got a little exciting, but it wasn’t enough to redeem this hot mess.

Not my favorite of her stories and used way too many characters - they never felt fully developed

Ellen Hopkins never disappoints, truly one of the best YA authors in this lifetime. Tilt, a companion to her book Triangles, did a great job of continuing the story but presenting it from the children's point of view from the book Triangles. I didn't know this before reading and was surprised, but it made more sense to continue the story because it literally had a little bit of everything.. addiction, teenage pregnancy, rape, chronic illness, family relationships.. just to name a few. She has such a way with words and I love every book I read by her more than the last!
