this book is butt kick awesome! there wasn't much action as the previews one. but this, big big big development. nice one! enjoyed it!

I am starting to have mixed feelings about Charley and this series in general. I love the fun and fast dialogue that occurs throughout the book—it always has me laughing! However, lately, I have become tired of reading the myriad of *sexy* descriptors that occur whenever Reyes enters the scene. I fucking get it—he’s hot as Hell, can we please move the fuck on!
In order for me to still appreciate this series and love Charley Davidson, P.I. and Grim Reaper extraordinaire, we must take a break. Parting with you is such sweet sorrow, but I think it is for the best, Charley. Catch you on the flippity flip!

I liked this one better than some previous books. The cases were interesting as always, some them very sad...but this time I almost could get behind the whole Reyes thing. He wasn't a jerk for a change, he was even pleasant and lovable at times! Amazing!

This was my favorite book so far - Charlie made me laugh out loud several times instead of just giggling. I enjoyed her relationship with Reyes and all of her friends.
There was a bit too much going on with her job and investigations, though. I mean she had like 5-6 different things going on?
I'm nervous for the next book as it looks like things are about to change dramatically.

Wow, the stories just keep getting better and better. I laughed, I cried, and I was left stunned by the ending. I need to get my hands on #7 now!!
