Chapter 5, "Master My Stories," puts forth a very useful model to help guide us to more effective conversations, interactions, etc.

Strategies, good advice and techniques that are really practical, augmented by links of videos from the website. Could be life changing if it's a difficult thing for you, and if we decide to really change for the better.
