A solid book about crucial conversations with seven concrete principles that make it easy to apply the knowledge to different aspects of difficult conversations. The style and layout somehow still did not catch me fully.

So the first step to achieving the results we really want is to fix the problem of believing that others are the source of all that ails us.
Overall this was pretty good and helpful advice that I think I can actually use. It was way too long for what it was though, the advice isn’t exactly complex so it doesn’t really require 200+ pages.

The book had lots of good suggestions and content. In my opinion there were too many acronyms for their processes that made the message feel less weighty. It would have been nice to have more specific facts and figures around their ideas instead of example daialogues showing their ideas. Lots of good and important ideas to help though!
