If you look up books that are recommended for self help, this book will usually populate. Well let me tell you to not read this. This is very boring and I barely learned anything. You could watch a 5 minute YouTube video and get all the information that this book could give you.

It’s hard not to consider what the authors are willing to intellectually compromise in order to work where they work, but the book has some solid ideas.
