This is a great book with many methods to approach difficult conversations. I think the best part of the book is the ideas and methods. The examples are nice but often are a little simplified or resolve much more easily than they would in actual conversations. I also did the class that went along with the book. The extra videos, scenarios, and activities helped put a lot of the book's principles into practice.
