This is an excellent book on how to have difficult conversation with difficult people. It teaches you how to listen and word things in a way this is not offensive ... how to find common ground. A good book worth re-reading every year.

The ideas in the book are good, the presentation is horrible and the video clips on the website do not help. And there is the undercurrent of religiousness that adds to the annoyance. I know it's been widely success and the basic concepts seem pretty sound, but they should have hired an actual business writer to write the book. It's sold a gazillion copies so someone seems to like the bible study tone of the book.
