Easy read, little to no plot and flat characters. Typical ending with the characters' drama wrapped up with a bow. Entertaining enough for a beach read, I suppose.

This book was sweet and funny at the same time. The dialogue in it was awesome. I loved how real the characters were. The banter was amazing.

Matty was a true "good guy". Shelley was damaged, but not ruined by a relationship gone bad. It was a story of two people that were meant to be finding out how to be together.

The supporting characters were wonderful as well. I really want to read more about Mel's story!

Against the Wall was a really cute book. I can relate to Shelly and I loved her friendship with Mel. It reminded me of how me and my friends act around each other. I did think that it ended too neat. I wasn't a huge fan of the writing, but overall it was a cute easy read.

Cute and quick!

This was a cute and quick love story. This is for adults due to content and language but it was a fast read.

The only part of the book I really liked was that the female character based her dating decisions on what kind of beer the man drank. That was the only "unique" thing about this whole book, the rest was blah.

Oh Dios mio.

Just...NO.

This book had the potential to be really great, in a simple, chick-lit-y kind of way. In theory the story was really good, I mean as good as "Am I really in love with my best friend or is it just a rebound after my failed engagement?" can get. In execution, well, not so much. I'm not sure if there was a breakdown in the editing process or what, but there were typos galore. Shel got her HEA as I assumed but I couldn't really give it more than one star because the writing(and some of the phrasing that I do not believe anyone actually uses - such as "girl parts" and "man parts") was just so sub-par.

The book was free on Amazon as a Kindle edition so I guess you get what you pay for...
