I received an e-arc of this book from the lovely ladies behind Kit Rocha, and admittedly
I wanted to read the book for the novella "Beyond Temptation".
So here are my thoughts:
Beyond Temptation was great. A nice little way to get a Sector Four fix while I wait for Beyond Jealousy to come out. Yeah, I wish the story had been a little longer, but it was a novella. Things are supposed to be open ended and suspenseful, especially in a case like this- where the characters are so connected to the main group and the story arc that carries the whole series.
I loved Emma and Noah and the way their romance was sweet while still firmly rooted in the classic O'Kane grittiness that fans of the series have grown to love.

I wasn't nearly as invested in the other two stories, sadly, and a big part of that is probably to the fact that I haven't ready anything else by Dane and Arend. I enjoyed the stories, sure...but I felt myself losing concentration and getting distracted much more easily. There is some silver lining to all that, though: while I didn't love the stories, I don't feel like it was the authors' fault, and so I do plan on coming back to re-read the other two novellas eventually to see if my opinion changes.

Ultimately, I think if you're a fan of all three authors, then this will be great for you...but if not, each story will be available for individual download shortly after the anthology is officially released- which might be a better option.

Beyond Temptation- rated 3.5 stars

I enjoyed this story but it's not my fave in this series. I expected more from it but it fell flat and left me dissatisfied.

Rocky Ride-5 stars

This story so, so worked for me if I could hug it and pet it I definitely would. I loved it and am definitely looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

All That Remains-3 stars

This story just did not work for me at all. I wanted to love it but just couldn't.

Savor. That's what you have to do with this anthology. Feel it in your bones. These three authors mixed these stories so you would want to read it over and over again. Shiver.

With the first story, Beyond Temptation by Kit Rocha, you are taken to back Sector Four, where Noah and Emma find each other again, and revel in what they've become. One of the sweeter of the stories of Sector Four, the gentleness of this relationship will open your eyes to what the couples of the Sector have with each other and together. Sector Four is rough and hard and fast. It's about ink, it's about life. And love.

Rocky Ride by Vivian Arend is the first time I've read this marvelous author. Don't know how I've missed her but she's on my favorites now. Inked Mitch Thompson knows what he wants from Anna Coleman, but he's going to have to go after it a different way. With lists in hand they find their way to each other, hard & soft. Date nights, ink, dirty and tough. Go with them on the ride of their lives and you'll come out wanting more and more.

Menage' story, All That Remains by Lauren Dane takes you to Paradise Village. After the wars, after the sickness, there are more men than women left, and triads are normal territory. Charlie & Hatch arrive and find that their sunshine is in the woman Summer has become. Understanding, heat, hot sex, and mixed feelings will never make you feel more welcome or loved with this story.

Another solid story from Kit Rocha, plus got to find out about a couple of new authors as well. With so many novels having unlikeable characters and poor writing, I'm always happy to learn about something new.

Received an ARC from the authors in exchange for an honest review.

This is a review for the Kit Rocha "Marked" short story only. (The other two weren't really my cuppa.)

I loved Noah and Emma's story, and though I'm bummed anytime an O'Kane story isn't novel-length, this one was just right. Nothing felt rushed or cheated in the storytelling.

Hot and smexy as ever, Noah and Emma's relationship is on the sweeter side of the Sector 4 chain-link fence.

I look forward to revisiting the two in the Sector 4 stories to come.

So far, I've only read BEYOND TEMPTATION, the story of Noah and Emma in Sector Four. It was the reason I purchased this book. I will go back and read the others, just not right now.

I loved Noah and Emma's story. It gave me a nice taste before BEYOND JEALOUSY comes out, which is really soon (YAY!). It was great to see everyone from Sector Four and I'm sure we will see more of Noah and Emma in books to come. Like everyone in these books, they both come with a past. The difference here, is that these two have a past together. They have been separated for four years. Emma has grown up quite a bit in that time. She is no longer the little girl that Noah needs to protect. She is now an O'Kane and can take care of herself.

Noah has some things in his past that will come out and haunt him. It will take Emma a bit to get over these things. I think Noah will eventually become an O'Kane, and will fit in well with the gang. I can't wait for book four.
