Man she pulled this one all the way to the end. I was not prepared for that. I did listen to it on audible and as always enjoyed the narration. The yacht scene was hilarious. What an amazing experience to have at any point in life. Makes me wish I had traveled more when I was younger.
Iâm disappointed AF with his story and this ending to the Miles brotherâs series.
Look⌠Iâm all for character growth and becoming a less pretentious person, but I didnât feel that he really learned that much. I was hoping that he would spend more time in Haydenâs world and humble a bit more.
However, I absolutely enjoyed Eddie and that dynamic. That was sweet and I felt it was well within the MMCâs character to do it. If anything, the MMCâs relationship with Eddie was the only thing that felt truly kind and organic.
This FMC is my least fucking fave and thatâs saying a lot because Emily wasnât great. She didnât hold out, the angst was dismal, and sheâs not very stubborn. In the end, she caved on her wants and emotions, only to find out that the MMC âconvenientlyâ decided to meet them while separated.
Spice: 3/5 it was good but my annoyance at the characters pissed me off
