I think everyone should read this book. It's so relatable... I can't even :)

After I finished his bestselling "Reasons to Stay Alive" I thought to give this one a go.
I abandoned within a few pages.
It just doesn't resonate with my struggles, and the voice of the book is almost same like the other.

By far the most comprehensive review I could get.
It's just not for me. So the 3 stars are because that's my experience with this book, not because the book is worth 3 stars.

So if you're the anxious type, this will resonate with you.

"Notes on a Nervous Planet" by Matt Haig is a relatable exploration of modern anxieties. Through personal anecdotes and insightful observations, Haig addresses mental health and societal pressures with humor and vulnerability. The short essay format makes it easy to digest, although some themes may feel repetitive. Overall, it’s a comforting read that encourages mindfulness and self-acceptance, earning a solid four stars!

I think every bookshop should have a section called “books that are like Matt Haig’s Notes on a Nervous planet”. Not just because it will inspire others to read it but because I NEED MORE. I enjoyed this book so unbelievably much and it put things into perspective that I already knew but hadn’t really thought about. This should be a must-read for everyone to teach them more about their own life and how to make it better.

I could barely put it down. A voice of encouragement that everyone could use about now.
